HRD Umwelttechnik GmbH is a Germany-based advisory firm specializing in compliant recycled plastic supply chains between Europe and China. Founded in 2018 in Nuremberg, we help European packaging manufacturers, automotive suppliers, and plastics processors source PPWR- and ELVR-compliant recycled plastic pellets from China.

Unlike traditional trading companies, we do not simply sell recycled pellets. Our core business is building compliant, traceable, and stable supply chains based on our clients’ actual production and regulatory requirements.
